Reed O. Hunt, Director

Mr. Hunt has been helping to facilitate private equity transactions since 1998. Before joining Broadmark, he was a principal with Tolt Group, where he assisted early- to mid-stage companies with various types of fundraising activities. He had previously served as an assistant vice president of investments with Washington Mutual Bank, where he was responsible for portfolio risk management and client communication. Prior to that, Mr. Hunt was a senior ventures associate with GE Capital, responsible for all aspects of strategic private equity investing and portfolio management. Mr. Hunt held several Board and Board Observer roles on behalf of GE. Mr. Hunt has held manager-level jobs in software (with Wall Data, since acquired by NetManage) and consulting (with Tucker Alan, since acquired by Navigant Consulting, Inc).

Mr. Hunt received his M.B.A. with an emphasis in finance and international business from the University of Washington, his B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Washington State University, and is a CPA. He holds Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA registrations.
